Called out to customers home for seasonal Genius Club preventative maintenance on the homes air conditioning system. We began by ensuring that the equipment is working properly before we service it to ensuee everything is working. Next we'll clean the equipment and test all components to ensure the safety of the equipment and home. We talked to the customer about their water heater and how it needs flushed and how their water softener is acting up. Everything is working as intended at this time.

This included flushing the system with a solution to remove mineral deposits, checking and cleaning the air and water filters, inspecting the ignition and combustion systems for efficiency, and verifying the correct operation of the temperature controls. Updated the firmware to the latest version for enhanced functionality.

I was called out today today for some hvac maintenance on a 3 year old Champion heat pump and air handler. I went through the system checking out each component for proper and safe operation. Everything looks good and customer is ready for the heating season.
